How to use?
1. You can sit on chair, sofa or lay on bed.
2. Basic treatment is as such:
· Distance: Apply the light from 0 – 60 cm to the body
· Session Time: Exposure each area for 5 – 25 minutes, depending on distance,
· Repeat on other areas if desired
